Aegina Technologies Ltd was founded in November 2000 through the acquisition of the Xyratex EDS business unit, by the senior management team. The business is CNC machine based and accommodated within a 12,000 sqft building with a current annual turnover of £2.7 million.
The company is structured primarily to service the Aerospace, Oil, Gas and Underwater Industries. The management team have laid the foundations for further growth by upgrading its own IT infrastructure, investing in advanced CNC machining technology and implementing a staff training programme, in order to sustain and improve the company’s position within the market place.
